Do you offer a free trial?

You can choose the Free account if you would like to trial the basic features of OfficeMA Timesheet. The Free account includes 1 additional free user, giving you 2 user accounts in total. Once you login, you can upgrade your account at anytime by clicking the Business Details button on the toolbar.

If you would like to trial OfficeMA Timesheet with a larger number of users (more than 2), please signup for the Free account then contact us to increase your user accounts by clicking the Contact Us button on the toolbar. We offer up to a month free trial.

Can I pay by credit card?

We use PayPal for handling payments for OfficeMA Timesheet subscriptions. You can checkout using PayPal and pay using your credit card.

We never handle or even see your credit card or bank account details. All credit card processing is handled directly by Paypal.

Can I pay by invoice?

We offer pay by invoice to customers with 10+ paid user accounts.

Where is OfficeMA Timesheet service hosted?

Our servers are hosted in data centres in Ireland.

What is OfficeMA Timesheet's availability?

OfficeMA Timesheet's Service Level Agreement commitment is 99.95% availability.

We occasionally carry out scheduled maintenance or upgrades to our systems, but these are done over the weekend and outage time is limited to a few minutes.

Sometimes we may need to apply urgent patches during weekdays to our systems in which case we will send out a notification before hand to our customers if any outages are required.
